SCOPE: The scope consisted of all transitional metal panels between the different building blocks. Neme Design Studio developed LOD 400 3D models of over 500 unique coping, sill, nosing, and soffit panels. Leveraging parametric modeling for façade systems and custom Grasshopper scripts, the team delivered accurate fabrication layouts and streamlined installation sequencing. The installer and the architect used the 3D model to validate the geometry of the transition panels.
